With almost a decade of professional nonprofit and consulting experience, Aliess joined the Granted Fundraising team in 2019 and has since helped nonprofits of all sizes exceed program objectives and outcomes, and grow capacity. Prior to Granted Fundraising, Aliess utilized her skills to support Neighborhood House, Salt Lake City Arts Council, and the Sundance Film Festival. She also serves as a grant reviewer for organizations including the Utah State Library Division and National Endowment for the Arts. When not fundraising, you can find Aliess working with her fellow Washington State University Clark County Master Gardeners, supporting small businesses in the Pacific Northwest, and reading at least 75 books in 2024.
