Sharonda Adams is a committed equity advocate and researcher with a background in non-profit development and policy analysis. Her passion for community building, shaping compelling narratives, and employing strategic communication was honed through diverse career experiences. Joining the Granted Fundraising team, she brings specific insights from her tenure in various non-profit development roles and her service as a Congressional staffer and Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Alum. Sharonda earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law, History, and Society with honors from Vanderbilt University, complemented by a minor in Latino/Latina Studies. Outside of working hours, she can be found enjoying live music and attempting to complete escape room games without any clues.
